    Steps for Completion
  1. Mix the seasonings and the crushed tomatoes in the pot. Bring the sauce to a boil then reduce to simmer for 20 minutes.

  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/8 cup parsley
  • 7 leaves basil
  • 1 28oz can crushed tomatoes
    Seasonings
  • dash salt
  • dash pepper
  • 1/2 tsp ground sage
  • 1/4 tsp marjoram

    Steps for Completion
  1. Slice onions and garlic and sauté in the olive oil until brown.
  2. Add the crushed the tomatoes and seasonings, bring to a boil, and then reduce to simmer for an hour. Stir occasionally. It is important to taste as you cook to for adding more seasonings.
